Modern

Few other counties in Norway are as committed to upper secondary education as Nord-Trøndelag. Ten of the county's municipalities have upper secondary schools, many of them offering state-financed national courses.

Aesthetical

Nord-Trøndelag University College has four faculties offering approximately 200 different study programmes. It also enjoys extensive collaborative partnerships with the University of Trondheim and other educational institutions on yhe Swedish side of the border. With Nord-Trøndelag as your base, you can therefore pursue an education in just about anything you wish.

Students 

In Nord-Trøndelag, the labour force of tomorrow is something we take seriously. This means that we attach greater importance to public sector education and competence building than most. One of our main goals is for the youth Nord-Trøndelag to become the backbone of the local communities of the future. This vision is being cultivated through the "School for the Future" project, among other things through providing the best schemes in the county for free text books and digital learning tools.
